With the rapid development of China’s foreign trade, the CCPIT commercial certification business continues to grow, and has gradually formed a national business system centered on the issuance of certificate of origin for Chinese export goods, the issuance of commercial certificate and force majeure certificate, the issuance of ATA carnet and consular attestation of foreign-related commercial documents, etc.

In the new era, in order to further improve its function and better serve the government and enterprises, CCPIT established the Trade Development & Cooperation Center to undertake the commercial certification business of CCPIT. The Center is also responsible for the management and coordination of commercial certification visa agencies in the national trade promotion system.

CCPIT Trade Development & Cooperation Center will continue to optimize and improve traditional commercial certification services such as certificate of origin, ATA carnet, commercial certificate, consular and visa attestation, as well as expand the comprehensive services for foreign trade, carry out foreign-related commercial training and research, foreign commercial exchanges and cooperation. The Center will undertake relevant commercial services within the multi-bilateral cooperation mechanism of CCPIT, and undertake relevant work under the new International Convention on trade facilitation according to the authorization of the government and laws and regulations. Besides, it will build an integrated commercial service platform and construct an enterprise credit reporting and guarantee system, constantly promoting the improvement of trade facilitation.
